About Athlete Conditioning: Speed, Power, Agility

We don't do easy here. Our conditioning sessions focus on specific plyometrics, speed ladders, and resistance training that directly transfer to your kicking speed and ring mobility. Expect to be pushed to your limit, because that is where the real growth happens.

Most people think martial arts is just about technique. At Oscar Taekwondo Academy, we know better. A fighter with great technique but zero explosive power will lose to a faster, stronger opponent every time. That is why our agility conditioning is mandatory for anyone serious about competing.

Why Conditioning Matters

We move beyond the standard warm-up. Our athletes work on linear and lateral footwork, using 6-inch mini-hurdles to train the nervous system for rapid response. When you are in the middle of a bout in a Delhi State match, you do not have time to think. Your feet must move instinctively. We build that instinct.
