The team after a solid session of Jiu-Jitsu and surfing in Udupi. This is what our outbound training programs are about: combining different disciplines to create a complete fitness experience. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of skill level.

Here, members are practicing clinch work and takedowns on the beach. The uneven footing of the sand adds a layer of difficulty, improving balance and core strength. This is functional fitness in its purest form.

About Udupi Coast: Surf & Jiu-Jitsu
Don't expect a relaxing holiday. Training Jiu-Jitsu on sand is physically demanding because it eliminates the stability of a flat gym mat, forcing you to constantly engage your core and adjust your base. You will spend these three days learning how to move with efficiency, whether you are grappling or paddling out to catch a wave.

This isn't just about surfing or wrestling. It's about functional fitness in the most unpredictable environment possible. When we partner with the Kadal Surf School in Udupi, we aren't just teaching techniques; we are teaching you to adapt. Sand acts as a chaotic surface—your takedowns, sprawls, and transitions require significantly more power and balance than they do on standard mats. This is how you build real-world resilience.

This is a three-day intensive for anyone, beginner or pro. You get:
- No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu: We strip back the equipment and focus on raw, sand-based grappling drills.
- Professional Surf Lessons: Learn to read the ocean and manage your balance with instructors who know the Udupi coast inside out.
- Active Recovery: We prioritize mobility work after every session to ensure you are ready to go again the next morning.
