Most students start by asking if they need prior experience or a specific fitness level—you don't. We focus on developing 'thinking dancers' rather than just teaching you to mimic steps. You will spend the first few weeks building foundational posture and isolation techniques, which are far more important for your long-term progress than trying to master complex choreographies too early.
