You don't need any prior experience to join my classes. We start completely from scratch, focusing on feeling good rather than getting the steps perfect on day one. We take it slow, teaching you one move at a time—like hip drops, chest diamonds, or shimmies—so you build confidence and core strength alongside your technique.
