This is a story very close to our hearts, the story of our Shami Kebab. We have been making it the same way since 1923, using a secret blend of 32 spices. I can say with full confidence, it is my personal favorite, and my dawa is that nobody in the world makes a better Shami Kebab. Alhamdulillah, this is the taste of our history.

You don't need a professional kitchen to recreate our Nalli Nihari or Shami Kebab at home. Our story started in 1923 in a small Bhendi Bazaar bhaatiyarkhana, where my great grandfather Abdul Karim began serving Nalli Nihari to workers. Over a century later, we are still serving the same recipes. We realized that our customers wanted to recreate this magic in their own kitchens, so we took our hotel-kitchen spice blends and made them available for everyone.
