When planning an event, the biggest stress is often how much food to order. Our 'By the Kilo' system is designed to simplify your planning. One kilo of our raw rice preparation yields about 3.5kg to 4kg of cooked biryani, which comfortably serves 8 to 9 people. This ensures you have enough for everyone without the guesswork, keeping your event budget on track.
Our story started in 1992 when the late Haji Riyaz Shaikh wanted to share his passion for quality, traditional Mughlai food with the people of Mumbai. Today, that vision remains the heart of everything we do, whether we are serving diners at our Versova restaurant or managing catering for large events across the city.
