Since 1923, our family has served the streets of Mumbai. What started with my great-grandfather, Abdul Karim, feeding the workers of Bhendi Bazaar, has evolved into a local institution where everyone from the local resident to film stars like Sanjay Dutt sits at the same table. We believe the real magic is in the slow-cooked recipes passed down through generations.
Now, we are opening our kitchen secrets to you. Our Hakim Masala range is not just another spice mix. It is the result of a century of perfecting Mughlai flavours. We have done the heavy lifting for you. Each kit is ISO and HACCP certified, containing all the necessary thickeners and rare spices like Javitri and Dagad Phool. You do not need to add extra salt, chili, or coriander—just fresh meat or vegetables.
