How Our Global Stations Work
- Live Prep: Our chefs prepare dishes like thin-crust pizzas, Lebanese shawarma, and live sushi rolls in front of your guests. This keeps the food fresh and creates a visual focal point for the party.
- Theming & Styling: We don't use standard catering setups. For a Mexican fiesta, we bring the props, the vibrant colors, and the specialized serveware. For a Khow Suey counter, we set up with elegant glass risers and organized condiment stations so guests can build their own bowls.
- Fusion Twists: We take global recipes and add our own personality. You might see a classic dish adapted for Indian palates or a creative presentation that turns street food into a gourmet experience.
What You Need to Know
We typically require a minimum of 50 guests for live station bookings to ensure the setup is cost-effective and operationally smooth. Our team manages everything from the vertical rotisseries and coal grills to the ceramic plates and professional cutlery. You won't see flimsy disposables here—we focus on presentation that looks as good as it tastes.
