We teach you not just how to swim in deep water, but how to be confident in any position. Our deep water workshops cover skills like vertical kicking, sculling, and pushing off from a 7-foot depth.
Want to build your deep water skills? Our 7-foot deep pool is the perfect place to build water confidence. We teach a variety of drills and progressions, from using a kickboard to stay vertical to more challenging competitive drills.
The excitement of learning a flip turn as an adult is incredible. Watch our intermediate adult class practice flip turn drills, building their confidence until they can do them on their own.
Work and life can be stressful, but the pool is a place to chill. We use pool noodles to help our adult beginners practice their back float and our advanced swimmers cool down after a tough set.
About this collection
We do not believe in shouting instructions from the poolside. Our AUSTSWIM certified coaches jump right into the water with you to provide hands-on support. If you are nervous about the deep end, we start with simple buoyancy and breathing drills to get you comfortable before moving to strokes.
Your Swim Journey
It is common for adults to have reservations about the water, whether it is from a past bad experience or just never having the chance to learn as a child. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Our 12-session course takes you from beginner basics to confident swimming. We focus on four key areas: water confidence, breathing control, body position, and stroke technique. You will start with floating and sculling before moving on to Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly.
