Meet 67-year-old Subramanian Giridhar, our swimmer of the week. He started learning with us to help with a back problem and is now swimming laps of freestyle and backstroke. It's proof that age is just a number when you have commitment and a patient coach.
Look at our little 2 and 3-year-old Tadpoles showing off their water safety skills. We teach them everything from starfish floats and crab crawls to diving for toys, all in a fun, controlled environment with their parents.
Our swimmers, triathletes, and coaches share what they love about our new 50-meter, 10-lane Olympic-sized pool at Bengaluru City University. With 7-feet depth, clean changing rooms, and ample parking, it's an amazing place to train.
A good streamline is the most efficient way to move through the water. I'm demonstrating how to lock your hands and tighten your arms to cut through the water like an arrow, saving energy and gaining speed off every wall.
It's so good to see our pre-competitive swimmers, some as young as six, fearlessly sprinting in an Olympic-size pool. During their monthly time trials, they practice dives off the starting blocks and race in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
Our Coolulu pool in Koramangala is now a fully covered, temperature-controlled indoor facility. This means you can enjoy a comfortable swim all year round without worrying about sun, wind, or rain affecting your training.

When you join us, you won't see coaches shouting from the deck. Our AUSTSWIM-certified team gets right into the water with you, providing hands-on corrections that help you feel what a proper stroke actually looks like. It is the fastest way to build confidence and ditch those bad habits.
Swimming is a skill for life, and we are here to make it accessible, fun, and safe. We operate out of 12 locations across Bangalore, so you do not have to travel across the city for a dip. Whether you are looking for parent-toddler bonding sessions, kids' groups, or adult lessons, we have structured programs that track your progress from 'Tadpole' to 'Gold'.
Facilities include covered, temperature-controlled pools—so you can swim regardless of the Bangalore rain—and even a 50-meter Olympic-sized pool at our BCU location for those training for triathlons or competition. We pride ourselves on creating a space where everyone belongs, from our 67-year-old 'swimmer of the week' learning to manage back pain, to our competitive 'Marlins' squad.
