This is what I mean by a cardio dance party! In the studio, with the lights down low and the energy turned all the way up. I lead from the front, but the real magic happens when everyone finds their own groove. Nam style, nam beat, pure positive vibes.
It still feels like a dream leading the Zumba warm up for over 22,000 people at the Karnataka State Police Run. The energy of a crowd this size moving together is something you have to feel to believe. This is why I do what I do.
This is the afterglow. A room full of sweaty, smiling, happy people. This is my tribe. You come for the high-intensity dance workout, but you stay for the community and the connections we build.
Who says corporate life has to be all desks and deadlines? I love bringing the party to the office and watching even the most introverted employees let loose and dance. It’s the best kind of team building.
That moment on stage when the beat drops and nothing else matters. This is pure, unfiltered joy in motion. This is the energy I bring to every single class, marathon, and event.
Messages like this are why I pour my heart into every session. Knowing that our dance time helps people find hope and relief from physical pain is the greatest reward. This is about healing through movement.
From heritage runs to hotel pop-ups, I get to bring my energy to some of the coolest events in Bangalore. This poster for the Begur Heritage Run was a proud moment, mixing history with high-energy Zumba.

- Mental Health Focus: I am open about my own journey with ADHD and Bipolar disorder. I know that sometimes the hardest part of the day is just showing up. My classes are a safe space where you can let go of the war inside your head for an hour.
- Flexible Formats: Whether it is a 30-minute high-voltage stage performance for a marathon, a 60-minute corporate stress-buster, or a private group party, I adapt the vibe to fit your crowd.
