Dance Fitness That Feels Like a Party
Forget counting reps and staring at the clock. My sessions are pure energy, laughter, and serious cardio. Whether we’re grooving to Kannada bangers or Bollywood beats, it’s all about the vibe.
Sometimes we just switch off the main lights and turn the studio into a dance party. This video captures one of those moments, with everyone using their phone flashlights to create an amazing atmosphere while dancing to a Tamil hit.
This is a look back at a massive Dance Fitness Party we held for World Dance Day. It shows the scale of our community, with hundreds of people coming together to celebrate movement and music on a big stage.
We don't take ourselves too seriously here. This is a fun reel we made after class, dancing to a trending Kannada song. It's all about laughing, enjoying the moment, and building our little community.

About More Than a Workout: The Vibe
You won't just walk in, sweat, and leave. We stick around after the music stops to film Reels, hype each other up, and turn that post-workout dopamine rush into genuine friendships. It is the kind of environment where you do not realize you have burnt 600 calories because you are too busy laughing and hitting the right moves with the crew.
Why this works
Most gyms feel like a chore. You walk in, put on headphones, lift, and leave. My classes are the opposite. I designed these sessions to be a 'fullu jolly' experience where the music does half the work. We move to a mix of Bollywood, Kuthu, and global hits, and because the rhythm is always changing, your body never hits a plateau.
The Community Element
Fitness in Bengaluru is often transactional, but I wanted to build something more real. That is why we have the post-workout ritual. Whether we are shooting a reel for Instagram or just hanging out, that social connection is what keeps people coming back. It turns a solo workout into a team effort. You will see people from all walks of life here, and honestly, the only prerequisite is a willingness to have fun.

- For the beginner: Don't worry about steps. I am CPR certified and I focus on safety, not complex technical dance. Just follow the energy.
- For the regular: You will get a solid cardio workout (approx 500-700 calories).
- The Vibe: We keep it judgment-free. Whether you are a pro or have two left feet, you fit in.
