About this collection
When managing crowds of 100 to 500+ people, the mic is just as important as the music. My approach isn't about perfect choreography that leaves participants feeling self-conscious; it's about high-voltage, 'follow-the-leader' warm-ups designed to lower the barrier to entry. The goal is simple: get everyone’s blood pumping, break the ice with a bit of humor, and make sure that by the time the flag drops, every participant feels confident, warmed up, and ready to take on the challenge.
More Than Just a Warm-up
I’ve spent 8 years in the fitness industry, and I’ve learned that a large-scale event needs more than just a trainer on stage. It needs an MC who can read a crowd. Whether it is a 5K run, a corporate walkathon, or a high-energy festival, I bring a mix of fitness instruction and stage presence to keep the energy levels high.
What I Bring to the Stage:
- Inclusive Movement: My routines are designed for 'no wrong moves.' We want thousands of people moving in sync, not worrying about technical dance skills.
- Dual Role (Instructor + MC): I manage the flow of the event, keeping participants hyped between segments, coordinating with the AV team for sound checks, and ensuring the music mix matches the vibe of the event.
- Adaptable Playlists: I curate the tracks based on the audience—Bollywood masalas for crowd-pleasers, Kannada fitness beats for local flavor, or global hits for a modern, upbeat feel.

I’m well-versed in working with event organizers across Bangalore. If you are handling a marathon or a large corporate event, here is what you can expect:
