Client Love & Happy Memories
When you trust me with your family heirlooms or dream designs, the result is more than just an outfit. It is a memory you can wear. See how these women transformed their cherished fabrics into something new.
This is why I do what I do. A screenshot of a happy client's message after receiving her dress made from an upcycled saree. Her excitement is my greatest reward.
A happy client looking radiant in her custom-made floral kaftan dress. She loved how comfortable and stylish her redesigned saree felt as a new outfit.
The pure happiness on this young client's face says it all. She was so excited to wear a lehenga that carried her family's history, made from her great-grandmother's saree.
I feel so motivated when clients send me photos of themselves enjoying their new outfits. This client looks beautiful in the yellow Anarkali I stitched for her from an old saree.
About Client Love
It is always nerve-wracking to cut into a vintage saree or a bridal lehenga, and I completely understand that hesitation. My process starts with a thorough consultation where we discuss the fabric's condition and your vision, ensuring you feel 100 percent confident before I ever pick up the scissors. That first trial session is where the magic happens and we see the garment come to life together.
I truly believe that old clothes have stories, and my job is to help you keep those stories alive while making your wardrobe more sustainable. Whether it is a mumma ki shaadi waali saree (mom’s wedding saree) or a heavy bridal lehenga that has been stuck in the trunk, I treat every piece with the care it deserves.
Why my clients choose upcycling
- Emotional Value: You get to keep wearing a piece of your family history without it feeling outdated.
- Sustainable Fashion: Instead of buying new, we breathe new life into what you already own.
- Perfect Fit: Every transformation focuses on modern cuts and comfort, ensuring you reach for these outfits again and again.
How we work
I handle everything myself, from the initial assessment of fabric fall to the final finishing stitches. When we work on a saree to Anarkali or gown conversion, I pay special attention to border placement and panel work to maximize the flare. For those heavy heirloom pieces, I ensure the structural support, like canvas waistbands and high-grade can-can, is robust enough to hold the weight while still feeling comfortable to wear for long hours.
Clients in Gurugram and Delhi often come to me when they want a matching family set or a specific fusion look they cannot find in stores. If you have an idea in mind, let us chat about how we can make it a reality. Leave a comment and show us some love ❤️ if you like these creations, and let's start your own transformation journey.
