How We Build Winners

The Navodaya Method

• Technical Correction: I watch every swing. If your grip is wrong, we fix it. If you hit from below, we drill until it is flat. We correct the basics until they are automatic reflexes.
• Mental Conditioning: Physical strength fails when the pressure mounts. We start sessions with Om chanting, breathing exercises, and focus drills. This is not meditation; it is game-prep. It teaches you to stay calm when you are match-point down.
• Aggressive Footwork: The game is won with your feet. You will hear me shouting, 'Quick, quick, quick,' because if your feet are lazy, your smash will never have power.

Training for the Circuit

We prepare our students for the full competitive circuit, from district selection trials to international junior series. Our training intensity scales with your goals. For those aiming for state and national selection, we implement double sessions, video analysis for stroke correction, and tactical match simulations that mirror tournament pressure.
