My approach isn't about giving you a generic chart you can't follow. When we work together, we start by looking at your life, your kitchen, and your cravings. I have spent two decades in this field, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that crash diets never last. My programs, like the 12-week weight loss plan or the 6-month clinical management, are built on simple principles that stick.

- Deep Dive Audit: Before you get any chart, we have a 45-60 minute video call. We look at your medical history, BMI, and what you actually like to eat.
- No Fancy Ingredients: You won't find exotic, expensive seeds on my plans. We work with what is in your kitchen—roti, dal, veggies. I teach you how to portion these correctly.
- Sustainable Habits: If you are craving nachos, we don't ban them. I show you how to make a healthier version with fresh salsa and protein-rich beans, just like the platter you see in the gallery.
