Elite Olympic Lifting & Performance (12 Sessions)
Skill Specialization
- Strict focus on technical mastery of Big Lifts: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and Overhead Squats.
- Advanced stability training using Bosu balls and oscillating barbells.
- Plyometric programming involving max-height box jumps and weighted trap bar jumps.
Performance Management
- Periodization cycles (8-12 weeks) aiming specifically for 1RM improvements.
- Prehab routines designed for shoulder and knee joint health.
- Deep technical breakdown of bar path, triple extension, and catch position.
Athlete Nutrition
- Performance fueling strategy covering pre, intra, and post-workout nutrition.
- Priority support for recovery advice and off-hour technique queries.
Single Session Form Correction & Technique
Session Scope
- 60 to 75 minutes of face-to-face intense coaching.
- Located at a partnered commercial gym floor.
- Access to Olympic lifting platforms, bumper plates, and trap bars.
Technical Analysis
- Frame-by-frame video feedback for immediate posture correction during the session.
- 10-minute mobility screening for hip and ankle range of motion.
- Breakdown of complex lifts or spinal neutrality checks on heavy Deadlifts.
Safety & Intensity
- Expert spotting for 1RM testing and heavy lifts.
- High-intensity protocol including failure sets and dropsets under supervision.

How I See Strength & Conditioning
I keep it real - there’s no shortcut to getting strong. You need to show up, stay consistent, and put in the effort week after week. Some days you’ll crush it, other days you’ll want to quit. I’ve had injuries, long breaks, all of that, but if you get up one more time than you fall, you’re on the right track. Dum Bole Dum (Keep pushing).
What To Expect
With me, strength & conditioning isn’t just heavy lifting in the gym. It’s about building a body that’s strong, mobile, and actually works for you in real life. My coaching blends Olympic weightlifting coaching, powerlifting basics, and functional mobility exercises - we start by getting your movement right, then pile on the strength. You’ll learn classic lifts like squats, deadlifts, snatch, and clean & jerk. We also hit explosive drills and balance work to boost athletic performance and cut down on injuries.
