- Supplement Transparency: The supplement market is filled with false claims. I purchase products, send them to NABL-accredited labs for testing, and share the results. If a product contains fillers or fails protein purity tests, I will tell you to avoid it.
Myth Busting
I frequently tackle common fallacies that stall progress. Concepts like 'endomorph vs. ectomorph' body types have no scientific backing, and I use my sessions to help clients stop worrying about these imaginary theories.
