We use pure, cold-pressed (kachi ghani) mustard oil sourced from village crushers. This is not just about flavour; it is the natural preservative that keeps our pickles fresh for up to a year. You will notice the difference in the texture—the spices are robust, the vegetables retain their crunch, and the oil carries that authentic, pungent aroma.

Our range covers over 20 varieties. The classics like Aam ka Achar and Mixed Veg are staples, but I also prepare specialty jars like Kamal Kakdi (lotus stem), Lasoda, and whole garlic pickle. If you have a sweet tooth, our Amla Murabba cooked in jaggery is a crowd favourite. Since I make everything in small batches right here in Greater Noida, I do not have to worry about mass production standards. This allows me to customize your order.
