About Dadi-Nani Style Pickles & More
When you open a jar, you will see that the mango or chilli pieces are still chunky and fresh. I use cold-pressed mustard oil and traditional spices, so there is no artificial aftertaste or that strange oily film you find in store-bought jars.
I make these pickles the same way my dadi and nani did back in the day. There are no synthetic preservatives or hidden chemicals here. Because I prepare everything in small batches, the process involves hand-sorting the freshest seasonal produce and letting the spices do the heavy lifting.
