Standard Themed Backdrop & Balloons
Core Structure
- Backdrop: One 8x8 ft printed flex backdrop mounted on a wooden or truss frame. Design allows for customization with branding or specific event themes.
- Balloon Decor: Standard L-shaped or semi-arch garland (approx. 12 to 15 running feet) attached to the backdrop using a mix of metallic and pastel latex balloons.
- Signage: One 2x3 ft personalized welcome board mounted on a wooden easel stand.
Props & Accessories
- Display Stand: One cylinder pedestal or podium (white/gold/colored) for cake cutting or product display.
- Flooring: A basic 8x4 ft strip of artificial green grass or carpet placed at the base to hide frame legs.
Execution
- Logistics: Includes transport within city limits, setup, and dismantling by a team of 2 staff.

Backdrop & Structure
- Premium Wall: Choice of an 8x8 ft high-gloss Sequin/Shimmer Wall (Gold, Silver, Iridescent) OR a high-density Artificial Floral Wall.
- Neon Signage: One standard LED neon sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Better Together, Let's Party) mounted centrally.
Styling & Lighting
- Premium Balloons: Organic-style garland featuring Chrome (mirror-finish), Confetti, and pastel balloons in varied sizes (5 inch to 18 inch).
- Theme Props: Choice of a set of 3 cylindrical pedestals OR Marquee light-up numbers (up to 2 characters).
- Lighting: 3 to 4 LED focus lights (Par cans) to illuminate the sequins and create a sparkling effect.
Finish
- Flooring: Matching carpet or vinyl mat placed in the immediate photo area.
- Cabling: All wiring for neon and lights is concealed behind panels.

Entrance & Walkway
- Grand Arch: Custom themed entrance structure (approx. 8 to 10ft height) featuring cutouts, lights, and balloon detailing.
- Passage Decor: Decoration for a 15 to 20ft walkway including ceiling hangings (lanterns/vines) and 4 to 6 themed cutouts or photo frames.
- Flooring: Themed printed vinyl flooring (e.g., checkered pattern, red carpet) pasted along the walkway path.
Main Stage Area
- Grand Backdrop: Large 10x8 ft or 12x8 ft multi-layered backdrop combining printed flex, 3D foam elements, and draping.
- Heavy Props: Installation of 2 to 3 large-scale props (approx. 4 to 5ft height) relevant to the theme (e.g., 3D Animals, Ticket Booths).
Lighting & Ambiance
- Mood Lighting: 6 to 8 LED Par cans distributed across the entrance and stage.
- Detail Lighting: Fairy lights or bulb strings used to highlight the arch and walkway ceiling.

Backdrops & Photo Spots
Every event needs a spot where guests want to take selfies. I make custom event backdrops, sequin walls, green hedge walls, and printed setups to match your theme. If you’re into interactive stuff, I build photo booths with props and custom frames.
Signature Touches
Lighting and signage are key. I do marquee letters, neon tags, and spotlights to make sure people notice your brand or message. Balloon installation for events is my core - from big arches to those organic ceiling garlands people love. I use florals (fake or real, depending on budget) and signs to finish the look.
