Choosing Your Disney Theme

Whether it is Frozen, Mickey Mouse, or a classic princess setup, the key is the background. I use custom flex banners or shimmer walls to set the scene, then layer on organic balloon garlands to frame the space. For Mickey Mouse themes, I often use a mix of black and red balloons to create the iconic ear shape, while Frozen themes lean on pastels and silver accents.

Customization Details

Every Disney theme I do includes personalized elements. I can add the birthday child's name to the backdrop, use custom marquee letters for their age, and place themed pedestals for the cake. If you have a specific character in mind that is not in my standard photos, let me know. I work with high-quality foam board cutouts to ensure the characters look realistic rather than like generic printouts.

What to Expect on Setup Day

Once we finalize the design, I handle the full installation. This includes:

• Balloon Styling: I use a mix of matte, chrome, and confetti balloons to get the right texture.
• Lighting: I bring LED par cans and neon signage to make sure the backdrop pops in photos.
• Props: From life-size 3D props to themed flooring, I ensure the transition from the entrance to the main stage feels immersive.

Most of my Disney setups take about 3 to 4 hours to install. Please ensure the venue allows us access to the space at least 4 hours before the party starts so we can manage the balloon inflation and structural framing properly.
