When you choose a custom theme, my job is to translate your idea into a physical space. We move beyond generic party packs to ensure the decor actually tells the story you want.

How We Build Your Theme

• The Backdrop: This is the anchor. Whether it is a Harry Potter 'Platform 9 3/4' entrance or a cricket-themed stage, we start with a printed or structured base that fits your venue size.
• Prop Integration: We use life-size cutouts and 3D elements to make characters or icons feel present. For sports themes, this might mean bats and helmets; for art themes, it means paint-splattered props.
• Balloon Work: We do not just inflate balloons. We use organic garlands and specific color palettes to frame your stage and ensure the colors match your theme, not just the room.

Practical Considerations

Planning a custom theme requires some lead time. If you have a specific vision, share the venue details and the theme early so I can confirm the availability of specific 3D props and marquee lights. Some setups, like large tunnels or full stage builds, need enough clearance, so I will always be honest about what we can fit into your space.
