About this collection
Most people show up to an obstacle race relying purely on running cardio, only to hit a wall—literally. Our training isn't about burning calories on a treadmill; it's about learning the specific biomechanics of a warped wall or rope climb. You will learn how to position your feet to prevent slipping and how to use your body weight to clear obstacles, instead of just trying to muscle through them.
Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) is 20 percent endurance and 80 percent technique. Whether you are prepping for a local Devil's Circuit event or a global Spartan Race, simply being fit isn't enough. You need to know how to navigate hanging obstacles, vertical walls, and technical carries without burning out early.
Why Our OCR Training Works
We don't just mimic gym exercises. Our training modules are designed to simulate the specific challenges you will face on race day:
- Grip Strength & Hanging: We use climbing chalk, high bars, and rings to build the forearm and back strength required for monkey bars and rope traverses.
- Wall Run Techniques: We break down the physics of the warped wall—teaching you exactly where to step, how to drive your knee, and the critical hand placement needed to crest the top.
- Functional Mobility: We teach you how to fall safely, crawl efficiently, and jump with intent, ensuring your body is prepared for the unpredictable terrain of an outdoor course.
Race-Ready Preparation
Our bootcamps are popular in Andheri, Bandra, and Powai because they offer a reality check. We bring in coaches who have actually run these races to guide you through the process. It is about understanding your own limits and pushing past them in a supportive group environment. We also run specialized workshops before major Mumbai races, where we simulate the race-day environment to get you comfortable with the gear and the chaos.
