Most people assume mindfulness needs a quiet retreat or a dedicated hour, but in a busy office, you just need ten minutes to lower your stress levels. I focus on techniques like Bhramari (humming bee breath) that you can do right at your desk, even if you have zero experience with yoga. If you think you aren't the 'meditation type,' you are actually exactly who I want to work with.
Corporate wellness is often treated as a box to tick, but I prefer keeping it real. My approach to these de-stress breaks isn't about clearing your mind of all thoughts—that is honestly impossible for most of us, especially on a Tuesday morning. It is about acknowledging the chaos and finding a small, practical way to regulate your nervous system so you can get through the day without feeling burnt out.
How I Work
- Practical Tools: We use breathwork and posture correction techniques that fit into a standard workday. You do not need to change into gym clothes or clear out a conference room to participate.
- Zero Pressure: I don't expect you to be a yoga pro. These sessions are for the desk-bound worker, the skeptic, and anyone who feels they 'can't do yoga.'
- Flexible Delivery: I work with teams across Bengaluru, both onsite and virtually. Whether your team is WFH or back in the office, we can carve out that 15 to 30-minute block that acts as a reset button.
