About Ghar ka Swaad on Your Plate
I prepare these pickles using traditional cold-pressed mustard oil and pink salt, ensuring every bite is as healthy as it is tasty. Whether it is the classic mango or the spicy Bharwa Mirchi, I make sure the oil level is just right to keep them fresh naturally without any additives.
How I Make My Pickles
When I say 'homemade,' I mean it. I do not use any factory preservatives. Instead, I rely on the traditional technique of sun-drying and saturating the ingredients in cold-pressed mustard oil (Kachi Ghani) and pink salt (Sendha Namak). This isn't just about flavour; it's about making sure you can safely feed these to your kids, just like I do at home.
