This is where our work begins, with a hand-drawn concept sketch that maps out the flow and feel of a new public space. We then translate these ideas into vibrant, detailed 3D visualizations, showing how elements like a waterfront promenade, a colorful skatepark, a community dog park will come to life. This process ensures our vision for urban transformation is clear and compelling from the very first line drawn.

This 3D render showcases our vision for Ayur Mall before construction. The design focuses on creating a lively, accessible commercial hub with maximum visibility for every shop, featuring a central plaza and a dynamic facade that invites the community to gather and connect.

We are Akhil and Megha, partners at Mobius Architects. For us, architecture is about getting our hands dirty on-site to turn a rough sketch into a living, functional space. We live for the messy, challenging parts of construction as much as the initial concept.

We designed this executive office to be both a productive workspace and a personal library. The design features custom dark wood cabinetry with integrated backlighting, a floating oak desk, and a textured concrete wall to create a sophisticated and moody atmosphere.4
This modern pantry and breakout space was created for a corporate office, featuring sleek, handleless cabinetry and a large central island. Warm, under-cabinet lighting and natural wood floors balance the dark, minimalist aesthetic, providing a welcoming area for employees to connect.

For the Evershine House in Bandra, I envisioned a tower that contributes to the streetscape rather than just occupying it. The design draws inspiration from the architectural language of historic South Bombay, reinterpreting its arched windows and rhythmic proportions with a contemporary edge. It is a landmark that bridges heritage and modernity in one of Mumbai's most vibrant neighborhoods.

We designed this double-height living room in Aamby Valley to be a statement of contemporary luxury. The expansive windows and soaring ceilings create a sense of grandeur, while the carefully arranged seating areas maintain an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy, perfect for both large gatherings and quiet evenings.7
This bathroom blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, creating a private spa experience. The design incorporates a sunken jacuzzi, dual vanities, and a glass wall that opens to a secluded garden, allowing our client to connect with nature while enjoying modern comforts.
First impressions are crucial. For this Malad office, we designed a reception area that communicates professionalism and modern elegance. The combination of a marble feature wall, a minimalist desk, and warm, ambient lighting creates a welcoming and impressive entry point for clients and employees.

This 3D design shows a private lounge area for a luxury jewelry shop. I focused on creating a comfortable and opulent space with custom arched display niches, vertical accent lighting, and a curved sofa to make clients feel exclusive while they browse.7
For this boutique in the British Virgin Islands, I designed custom clothing racks with integrated branding and lighting. The layout is planned for easy customer flow, with a feature wall of wood paneling and art to create a warm, modern atmosphere.
