About The Art of Chhenapoda

We do not use electric ovens for our traditional Chhenapoda. Every batch is slow-baked over charcoal, which is why you get that distinctive smoky crust and dense, moist texture that cannot be replicated by commercial baking. Because we use no preservatives and fresh cottage cheese, it is best eaten within 48 hours. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives, and let it come to room temperature before serving for the best experience.
