About Family Function Decoration
How I Approach Family Function Decor
I put my heart into South Indian family function decoration. Most of my ideas come from what I grew up seeing in Namma Bengaluru - loads of fresh flowers, coconut leaves, banana stalks, and that mix of old and new styles. No matter if it's a big hall or a small home, the decor is always custom to fit your vibe.
What Sets My Work Apart
- Use of only fresh, fragrant flowers - jasmine, roses, orchids, chrysanthemums, all of it
- Handwoven coconut leaf backdrops and eco-friendly props for a natural, traditional look
- Every design is made to suit your space, not just lifted from a template
- Love building those grand 'Chapra' canopies and thick floral 'Toran' garlands for housewarming
- Special touch for pooja room decorations, with floral arches and deity backdrops
Event Specialties
- Naming ceremonies (Thottil Habba): Ornate floral cradle decoration, coconut leaf or full-floral backdrops, little Krishna themes
- Seemantham (Valaikappu): Throne-like chairs for the mom-to-be, floral sculptures (peacocks, elephants), bangles/fruits/sweets arranged beautifully
- Housewarming (Gruhapravesam): Traditional entrances, flower-heavy door frames, pooja room setups
I don’t do over-the-top, but I don’t do boring either. My goal is simple - you tell me your dream, and I’ll make it real, South Indian style.
