This two-tiered architectural cake is a testament to my philosophy of pure indulgence. The elegant grey hue is achieved naturally using black charcoal, and the cake is adorned with delicate, edible fabric art and a custom gold monogram, all without any artificial food coloring.
I call this "cake-tecture". Designed for an architect, this rich Valrhona chocolate cake is structured to resemble architectural blueprints. It’s a perfect example of how I translate your passions and stories into a delicious, edible art form.
A close-up of one of my most-loved creations. This eggless chocolate cake features a dense, moist crumb, a rich cocoa butter frosting, and is generously topped with fresh blueberries. For a final touch of luxury, it's adorned with flecks of 24-carat gold foil.
This 6kg decadent chocolate log cake was created for a baby shower, designed to feel like a piece of an enchanted forest. It's decorated with fresh blueberries, edible butterflies, and a beautiful arrangement of fresh, seasonal flowers.
An example of my couture cake work, this design features a soft grey frosting naturally colored with black charcoal. It is decorated with abstract, handcrafted rice paper sails and flecks of edible gold leaf, offering a modern and sophisticated aesthetic without fondant.
Celebrating a first birthday with this special vanilla bean and fresh fig cake. I use only premium vanilla and seasonal fresh fruits to create a flavor that is both delicate and memorable. The custom "one" topper adds a personal touch to the milestone.
