Instead, I use signature smooth ganache and Australian buttercream to achieve those sharp, modern finishes and textured looks you see here. Whether you are planning a tiered engagement cake or a playful birthday theme, my focus stays on the flavor and the quality of the finish, ensuring every layer tastes as rich as it looks.
My kitchen in Whitefield is built on a few core principles: no eggs, no fondant, and no compromises on taste. Ordering and Logistics
Because I create everything from scratch, I do ask for at least 2 days of lead time to ensure everything is perfect. For more complex, multi-tiered structural cakes, a week is ideal. Everything is prepared for pickup from my space at Vishwapriya Vertical Garden in Whitefield. I keep the process simple, honest, and focused on making your celebration a little sweeter.
