About Decadent Chocolate Creations
I do not use fondant because it hides the genuine texture and flavour of the cake. Every creation here relies on rich cocoa butter frosting and pure ganache to deliver a smooth finish. You are choosing a cake that prioritises ingredient quality, like Valrhona chocolate, over heavy sugar-based decorations.

My process begins with selecting the finest raw materials. I exclusively use Valrhona and Callebaut chocolates, known for their superior flavour profiles, to build the foundation of every cake. By focusing on high-quality cocoa butter and ganache, I ensure each bite is dense, flavourful, and free from the synthetic aftertaste often found in fondant-heavy cakes.

I view every cake as a blank canvas inspired by the elegance of Indian royal culture. Rather than using artificial colours, I work with natural pigments, berries, and textures to create a visual balance. My signature finishes include:
