Our Process: Behind the Scenes of Every Build
See what goes into our builds, from initial metal fabrication to the final finishing touches on your terrace or garden.
The initial stage of a pergola project at Natura Atavi. This image shows the metal fabrication work for a puff sheet pergola that will also incorporate CNC and glass elements.
We don't just build structures; we build your dream corners. The foundational metal frame for a terrace pergola is laid out, ready for assembly.
Precision is key. Our team installs the framework for the pergola, ensuring every beam is perfectly aligned for a flawless and structurally sound finish.
A strong foundation is crucial. This heavy-duty metal structure is designed for durability and is the backbone of the entire pergola.
This video shows our metal fabrication work in progress at Celebrity Access Pride, from the pergola framework to the installation of strong safety grills for a balcony.

About this collection
When we build, the finish you see is only half the story. Beneath every pergola and terrace enclosure, we use 12 and 14-gauge MS steel box sections, treated with heavy-duty anti-rust coating and high-quality outdoor PU paint. We prioritize structural safety and weld precision because a beautiful space needs to be a safe one, especially for high-rise terrace installations where wind load matters.
From Concept to Structural Reality
We start every project with a 3D visualization. This is not just for the look, it is how we ensure that the structural layout is sound before a single piece of steel is cut. By the time we are on-site at locations like Natura Atavi or Celebrity Access Pride, we know exactly where every pillar needs to be anchored to handle the weight and the elements.
The Fabrication Process
- Precision Welding: We focus on clean joints and smooth finishes, ensuring the metal structure itself looks as good as the roof it supports. We use epoxy primers and outdoor-grade PU paint to fight off Bangalore's humidity and rain.
- Safe Anchorage: For rooftops, we do not just bolt things down. We calculate wind resistance and load distribution, using heavy-duty MS frameworks that are securely anchored to the concrete base.
- Custom Roofing Integration: Whether you choose toughened glass, PUF sheets for heat insulation, or Mangalore tiles, the fabrication is adjusted to support the specific load and slope requirements of that material.
Why the Detail Matters
Many see a pergola as just a roof, but we see it as a mechanical structure. If the drainage slope is slightly off, you get pooling. If the welding is not uniform, rust starts within months. We document these stages because we want you to know exactly what is supporting your roof. From the first beam to the final installation of safety grills, our team works to ensure the space is not only visually stunning but also durable for years to come.
Misty Garden Weldscape
I am the person behind Misty Garden Weldscape, and my team and I believe the best builds start before the steel is even cut. We obsess over site measurements and 3D planning because we want you to be as confident in the safety of your outdoor space as you are in its final look.
