From Concept to Structural Reality
Every project we undertake follows a rigorous methodology designed to eliminate uncertainty. We do not rely on guesswork. Our fabrication process is built on structural engineering, ensuring that your pergola, gazebo, or car park extension is not only visually striking but also durable enough to withstand Bangalore's weather conditions.
The Four Stages of Construction
1. Site Analysis and Consultation We assess your space's specific requirements, such as wind direction, sun exposure, and load-bearing capacity. Whether it is a terrace garden or a balcony extension, our initial site visit ensures the foundation is solid.
2. 3D Design Visualization We translate your vision into a 3D model. This allows you to see the structure's proportions, the interplay of light and shade, and the selected finishes, such as PU paint colors or glass tint, before raw material is cut. This is where we finalize rafter spacing and lighting placement.
3. Precision Fabrication Our team fabricates structures using heavy-duty MS steel (Tata Structura or Apollo grade). We perform all cutting, welding, and grinding in-house. By controlling the fabrication phase, we ensure that every seam is flush and every weld is structurally sound.
4. Installation and Finishing Installation is where the final quality is locked in. We apply industrial-grade epoxy anti-rust primers and outdoor-grade PU coatings. For roofing, whether you choose toughened glass, Mangalore tiles, or insulated PUF panels, we use professional sealing techniques like edge-to-edge structural silicone and EPDM gaskets to guarantee a leak-proof finish.
