Before you commit to a specific layout, ask for a 3D visualization of your terrace room. In Bengaluru, the direction of the sun makes a huge difference in how hot your room gets by afternoon. We use 30mm PUF sandwich panels specifically because they act as a heat barrier, ensuring that even on a bright, sunny day, the room stays cool enough to actually sit in.

The walls are enclosed with high-performance UPVC sliding doors and windows. Unlike standard aluminium, UPVC offers better sound dampening and thermal efficiency, which is essential if your terrace overlooks a busy road or if you want to keep the space quiet.
