Visualize Your Outdoor Space Before You Build

Before we pick up a tool, we use precise 3D visualization to show you exactly how your terrace, balcony, or garden will look. Avoid the guesswork and see your finished space—materials, lighting, and layout—before a single brick is laid.

Watch the journey of a terrace transformation, from the client's initial request for a room-like structure to our 3D design visualization and the step-by-step construction process that brings the vision to life.

This 3D design showcases a luxurious terrace makeover, featuring a toughened glass enclosure, stylish CNC panels, and a PUF sheet pergola designed to accommodate solar panels, blending modern aesthetics with sustainable living.

Our execution perfectly matches the 3D design. This project shows a PVC lattice privacy screen, designed for airflow and style, brought to life exactly as planned.

A Mangalore double tile pergola, visualized in our 3D design and then executed flawlessly. We ensure the traditional aesthetic and structural integrity are captured perfectly in the final build.

The view from below, comparing the 3D render of a Mangalore tile pergola with the final executed structure. Notice how the support pillars and tile layout match the design, ensuring a sturdy and beautiful finish.

This comparison highlights the transition from a 3D concept of a glass-enclosed space to the final executed terrace room, complete with intricate jali brick and CNC panel details.

About this collection

The most important part of our 3D process is the 'what-if' phase. Before we start fabrication, you can see exactly how the sunlight hits your pergola or how different privacy screens look from the street. It is the easiest way to avoid expensive mistakes, such as realizing your layout doesn't account for proper drainage or selecting a material that doesn't match your home's aesthetic. If you decide to move forward with the construction, the design fee is fully adjusted against your final invoice.

Our 3D design workflow is designed to give you total clarity before construction starts. We begin with an on-site visit to take measurements and assess structural constraints, such as existing drains and water tanks, which is crucial for high-rise terrace projects in Bengaluru.

The Design Journey

  • Conceptual Layout: We start with 2D floor planning to determine the best spots for seating, greenery, and functional zones.
  • Photorealistic Renders: We build a digital model of your space. You will receive high-quality renders that show both day and night views, allowing you to see exactly how your lighting setup will feel in the evening.
  • Material Selection: We apply the actual materials we plan to use in the build—whether that is 30mm PUF sheets for roofing, toughened glass for enclosures, or CNC metal panels for privacy—so the model matches reality.
  • Revision Rounds: You get two rounds of revisions to tweak the layout, adjust the plant selection, or change the structural style.

By the time we start the installation, you already know where every pillar will be anchored and how your balcony or terrace will function. This process ensures that when we arrive to build, the only thing left to do is execute the plan precisely as you approved it.
