- I use heavy-duty steel (MS and Apollo, 12 & 14 gauge) for strength.
- Pillars are chunky - 100mm x 100mm - so your structure stays put even when the wind picks up.
- Every joint is welded with care, so things line up and last.
- All the metal work is fabricated in my own workshop at Bommasandra, not outsourced. That's how I keep the price sharp without cutting corners.
Roofing & Style Choices
- Mangalore tiles for that old-school villa look and heat insulation.
- Shingles roof if you want something modern and waterproof.
- Insulated roofing for gazebos (PUF panels) - keeps things cool, and you can add solar panels.
