Our Fabrication Process and Quality Materials
Getting the job done right starts before the first weld. Here is how we handle site preparation, steel selection, and structural safety to ensure every shed and pergola lasts for years.
Preparation is everything. Here my team is applying a coat of anti-rust primer to the mild steel pipes before they are used in construction, ensuring a long, rust-free life for the frame.
A structure is only as strong as its foundation. This is a steel rebar cage, ready for concrete to be poured, forming a reinforced foundation for one of my large industrial projects.
This is the view from inside a structure with PUF sheet roofing. The sheets provide a clean, white finish and excellent insulation, keeping the space cool.
My team carefully handles and installs materials on-site. Here, they are unpacking PUF sheets, which are lightweight yet strong and provide great insulation.

About Our Process & Materials
Before you commit, look at how we treat the steel. We do not just weld and leave it; every pipe gets a coat of anti-rust primer before it goes up. It is a small step, but it is the difference between a structure that stays strong through the monsoon and one that starts rusting within a year.
Our Approach to Metal Fabrication
When you hire a fabricator in Bangalore, you are paying for the structure to stand for a decade, not just a few months. My process is built around three core pillars: material quality, structural load distribution, and weather protection.
Why We Use Specific Materials
- MS Framework: We primarily use Mild Steel (MS) square or rectangular pipes with 1.5mm to 2mm wall thickness. Using anything thinner compromises the safety of the roof, especially during heavy rain or wind.
- Anti-Corrosive Primer: Every piece of metal undergoes surface preparation. We apply Red Oxide anti-corrosive primer before final painting to stop rust from the inside out.
- Roofing Integrity: Whether it is PUF sheets for heat insulation, toughened glass for a premium pergola, or Mangalore tiles for traditional looks, the fixing method is key. We use proper anchor bolts, self-drilling screws, and structural silicone sealants to prevent leaks.
The Fabrication Cycle
- Site Assessment: We do not provide generic quotes over the phone because every terrace or backyard is different. We visit your site to measure the space and check the load-bearing capacity of your existing concrete.
- On-Site Fabrication: We bring the raw material and fabricate to fit your exact measurements. This means the structure is tailored to your roof, not forced to fit.
- Welding and Finishing: Our welding is meant for strength, not just aesthetics. We grind down the joints for smooth edges, ensure proper alignment for slopes, and finish with weather-resistant synthetic enamel paint.
This is not a quick-fix service. We build solid frames that are meant to endure the Bengaluru climate without sagging, leaking, or rusting.
