I do not keep stock on shelves, so please reach out a few days before your event. Since I bake everything from scratch in my home kitchen without industrial machines, this advance time is strictly to ensure your brownies and cupcakes have the right texture and freshness, not just for the schedule. If you need a large quantity, booking early also helps me plan the swirl work and decoration so everything arrives consistent.
When you order a box of brownies or a batch of cupcakes from me, you are getting something fundamentally different from factory-made sweets. My brownies rely on real couverture chocolate for that deep, fudgy density and the signature crackle top that you just cannot replicate with commercial mixes. Every batch is mixed, poured, and finished by hand right here in Sector 40.
My cupcakes are built with the same logic. Whether you are looking for simple return favors for a birthday or a bulk order of 100+ for a corporate event, I treat the process exactly the same way.
