Bhangra & High-Intensity Cardio
Get ready for a serious cardio challenge with my Bhangra fitness workouts. These sessions are all about high-energy Punjabi music and powerful movements that build stamina and strength. I also incorporate Tabata and other high-intensity interval training methods.
Core Strength & Flexibility
A complete workout includes more than just cardio. My sessions incorporate dedicated time for core strengthening exercises like planks, along with essential stretching and cool-down routines to improve flexibility and prevent injury.

Beyond regular classes, I conduct special workshops and dance fitness events for corporate groups, schools, and organizations like the Jr. NBA. These are power-packed sessions tailored to the group's energy and goals.

Welcome to Millennium Dance & Fitness Studio, our home base in Greater Noida. It's a space designed for energy and fun, where we build a supportive community. I also offer free classes for the children of Indian Army soldiers as my way of giving back.
