I don't just put on music and dance. My sessions blend traditional Bhangra moves with Tabata and HIIT circuits to keep your heart rate up for the full hour. It is sweaty, loud, and effective.
If you are tired of the treadmill and the same boring gym routine, you are in the right place. My approach to fitness is simple: if you are not having fun, you will not stick with it. That is why I combine the high energy of Punjabi beats with structured Tabata and HIIT intervals. You get the best of both worlds. The music keeps your energy high, while the interval training ensures your heart rate stays up for effective calorie burning. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to break a fitness plateau, these movements are scalable to your stamina.
I offer these sessions in both studio and home settings across Noida and Greater Noida. If you prefer the privacy of your own home, I can come to you.
