About this collection
These camps are designed for complete immersion. We take the high-performance regimen from our Bangalore base and adapt it for the intensity of a camp environment, where the focus is entirely on physical and tactical volume. You will be on court for up to 6 hours a day, supported by on-site recovery protocols like ice baths and video analysis, mirroring the actual demands of the professional tennis circuit.
Success on the pro tour is not just about the quality of your strokes, it is about how you handle fatigue, manage pressure, and recover in real-time. Our Elite Training Camps, whether held in Goa or international locations, operate on this principle of volume and adaptation.
The Camp Methodology
We do not run recreational holidays. You will follow a strict schedule that replicates the life of a touring pro. The morning block is dedicated to biomechanics and technical correction, where we break down your serve or footwork to ensure efficiency. The afternoon and evening sessions focus on match simulation, where we test that technique under the stress of high-volume point play.
Why the Change of Environment Matters
Training in a controlled environment like our Goa facility allows us to remove the distractions of daily life. For 6 to 10 days, your only job is to train, eat, and recover. We monitor hydration, sleep, and nutrition to ensure you are ready for the next day. We incorporate guest coaches from the ATP circuit to give you exposure to different playing styles and tactical perspectives that you would not encounter in standard group sessions.
Who This Is For
These camps are exclusively for players currently competing at the state, national, or international (ITF/ATP/WTA) level. If you are preparing for a specific tournament block or looking to improve your UTR rating, this is the environment for you. We expect 100% focus from the first warm-up to the final cool-down stretch.
