Medal-Winning Boxing Training and Tournament Preparation
Medals aren't handed out; they're earned in the ring. This is where we show the real results of hard, disciplined training from our Navi Mumbai boxers.
A historic moment for Navi Mumbai boxing. For the first time, my team of 6 young boxers won 6 Gold Medals at the DSO Boxing Championship, all qualifying for the state level. This is the result of pure dedication.
Our 2023 medal tally speaks for itself. 11 medals across National, South Zone, and State championships. 3 Gold, 3 Silver, and 5 Bronze. I am incredibly proud of every single student who contributed to this success.
Another proud moment for the academy. Shriraj Barge, one of my most dedicated U-19 boxers, winning a Bronze Medal at the CBSE National Boxing Championships in Haryana. He has set a new record for Navi Mumbai.
Two more national medals for the academy. Vedika Satre and Riddhi Pawase secured bronze at the CBSE National Boxing Championships. These girls are tough, skilled, and have a bright future ahead of them.
Brother and sister duo, Riddhi and Siddhesh Pawase, both winning silver medals at the DSO Maharashtra State Boxing Championships. They train together, support each other, and win together.
A historic 5-medal haul at the DSO Maharashtra Boxing Championships in Akola. Himanshu Dudhade (Gold), Riddhi Pawase (Silver), and Vedika Satre, Shriraj Barge, and Priyanshu Dudhade (Bronze). This is what teamwork and hard training looks like.
It was raining medals at the CBSE South Zone II Boxing Championships. We brought home 2 Gold and 2 Silver medals, with my students outperforming boxers from 5 different states. This is the standard we set.
Congratulations to my team for winning 2 Gold and 1 Bronze at the CBSE School Games Boxing Championship. Jignasha and Sriraj Barge brought home gold, with Siddhesh Pawase securing a bronze.
Recognition for excellence both in and out of the ring. My student Himanshu Dudhade was awarded "Sportsperson of the Year" by his school for his boxing achievements. We build well-rounded individuals.
I am proud to see my students Riddhi, Siddhesh, and Vedika being felicitated by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) for their contribution to boxing. Their hard work is being recognized at the highest levels.
About Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals
You see the gold medals, but you don't see the 6 AM sparring sessions or the footwork drills that happen when nobody is watching. These aren't just photos of victories; they are proof of what happens when you commit to a 6-day weekly regimen. Whether you are aiming for DSO championships or CBSE Nationals, the intensity you see here is the same level of pressure you will face during your tournament prep. We don't focus on reels or gym aesthetics; we focus on winning.
How We Build Champions
Winning in the ring requires more than just fitness. It requires a mindset that doesn't break under pressure. When our boxers head to tournaments like the CBSE Nationals in Haryana or the DSO state-level bouts in Akola, they go with a clear strategy.
Our competition-prep methodology includes:
- Tactical Sparring: We simulate match conditions inside our 4-rope competition ring. You learn to handle different opponent stances, from Southpaw to Orthodox, well before the referee calls your name.
- Conditioning Without Shortcuts: You will find no fancy machines here. We use traditional Indian pushups, jump rope, and calisthenics to build functional power. This is the foundation that keeps our boxers fighting hard in the final round when others are gassing out.
- Tournament Logistics: We handle the pressure of weigh-ins, travel, and registration, so you can focus entirely on your bout. My job as your coach is to ensure you are technically sound, physically ready, and mentally prepared to win.
Why Results Matter
In the last two years, our team at Marine Centre has brought home over 20 medals across various state and national platforms. When you see a student like Himanshu or Riddhi standing on the podium, it represents months of correcting punch angles, improving defense, and learning to manage the ring. If you are serious about competing, this is where you come to learn what a real champion's training looks like.
