Single Function Decor & Coordination
Decor & Production
- Stage Setup: Custom 20ft x 10ft backdrop with fabric draping and premium artificial floral arrangements with real fillers. Includes carpeting and skirting.
- Furniture: Premium couple seating (Love Seat, Velvet Sofa, or Wingback Chairs) matching the theme.
- Entrance: An 8ft x 8ft themed arch or box structure with floral pasting and drapes.
- Signage: Personalized foam board welcome sign on a wooden easel with floral embellishments.
- Ambient Decor: Up to 15 table centerpieces (artificial bouquets, glass chimneys, or lanterns) and 8-12 LED PAR cans for stage wash.
Management & Logistics
- Planning: Event timeline creation and coordination with venue management.
- Manpower: 1 Event Manager and 2 Coordinators to handle vendors, guest flow, and stage management.
- Tech: Standard PA sound system (speakers, mixer, mics) suitable for announcements and background music.

Mandap Area
- Structure: Distinct 10ft x 10ft or 12ft x 12ft Mandap in Traditional, Floral Dome, or Royal Fabric styles.
- Floral Work: Extensive use of fresh flowers (Marigold, Roses, Carnations, Orchids) on pillars and fascia.
- Essentials: Includes Havan Kund, carpeted floor, 2 low tables (Bajots), 4 seats (Patlas), and theatre-style seating for 50 family members.
Reception & Stage
- Grand Stage: Large-scale backdrop (30ft to 40ft width) featuring props like Angel Wings, Green Walls, or Fiber Panels.
- Entry & Effects: Planned couple entry with cold pyro (indoor sparklers) or low fog machine.
- Photo Zone: Dedicated photobooth area with props or floral ring setup.
Technical Support
- Lighting: Truss setup with Sharpy beams and moving heads for concert-style ambience.
- Coordination: Dedicated shadow manager for the couple and logistical support for Vidhi/Pandit requirements.
