What Matters Most to Me
I’m Manjunath. My yoga isn’t about Instagram-worthy poses or chasing some skinny, impossible “yoga body.” That’s not real yoga. My focus is on genuine, time-tested practice—how you feel, move, and live every day. Abs don’t matter if you can’t use your core. We use asanas to undo the damage of sitting all day and to make you feel at home in your own body.
How I Guide You
Everything starts with technique. Alignment and awareness come first—no fancy props, no shortcuts. I’ll show you how to use your own body, not bricks or straps. We build genuine strength and flexibility together. I’ll teach you to feel each pose, not just copy it. That’s how you stay safe and actually make progress.
Mentorship, Not Just Classes
This isn’t a quick-fix or a “30-day transformation.” Yoga takes patience—shraddhe irbeku (you need faith). I’ll be there the whole way, giving you honest feedback and helping you grow, no matter how long it takes. Even tough postures, barutte barutte (they’ll come, they’ll come) with time.
Who Can Join?
Anyone. Age, size, flexibility—it doesn’t matter. I have students in their 40s with desk jobs doing things they never imagined. Feeling strong and peaceful is more important than what you weigh. Your “head weight” (stress) should always be less than your body weight.

We meet live, in groups, on video. I keep an eye on everyone, offer real-time yoga technique feedback, and remember your struggles. No one gets lost. My style is all about personal attention, even online.

Namaste, I’m Manjunath Murthy. Got my Master’s in Yoga Therapy, worked in big places like NIMHANS – but honestly, papers don’t mean much if yoga isn’t real. I see folks chasing influencer trends, getting hurt, missing the point. I’m 95 kgs, still do my stuff, because yoga is about how you live, not just how you look. My sessions happen at home, dogs running around, nothing fancy. I keep it real, rooted, and open for anyone who wants to grow from the inside.
