We build athletes for the cage, not just the gram. If you want real strength and combat-ready conditioning that actually works, this is where you start.

A typical day of conditioning for my fight team. We started with 50-yard uphill sprints and finished with 100 pull-ups. This is the kind of physical and mental toughness required to survive in combat sports.

We incorporate specialized tools like high-altitude training masks to improve cardiovascular endurance and prepare fighters for the oxygen debt they'll face in a high-paced fight. Here, we're working on combat conditioning drills while wearing the masks.

This vlog shows a typical day of balancing coaching, training, and managing the team. You'll see our fighters hitting heavy barbell squats, a cornerstone of our strength program, and a look at how we support our athletes through sponsorships.

In this vlog, I talk about my coaching philosophy while my team goes through a tough session including front squats. This lift is crucial for building core strength and explosive power for takedowns and clinch work.

A day in my life as a coach involves everything from running fight camps to doing my own training. This session includes neck conditioning, a vital but often overlooked exercise for fighters to help absorb punches and prevent injury.

This vlog touches on the business of fighting, like sponsorships, but also shows the grind. You can see our team working on everything from heavy deadlifts to cage work and outdoor hill sprints.

The physique of a conditioned fighter. This is the result of countless hours of dedicated strength training, conditioning, and disciplined nutrition. We build athletes who are as strong as they look.

The two different worlds of a fight camp. While one fighter is in the final stages of a tough weight cut using a portable sauna, the team's support system is right there, even if it means eating KFC in the same room. This is the reality of the fight game.

About Pro-Fighter Strength & Conditioning

A strong neck isn't just about looking big—it's a requirement to survive a fight. We train specifically for impact absorption because you need to protect your head, not just lift heavy weights. Whether you are a fighter or just want to feel solid, our neck conditioning and functional routines are designed to make you unbreakable, not just shredded.
