Real MMA Training and Fighter Conditioning at Dojang
This is how we build weapons at Team Dojang. No fluff, just raw, effective training for fighters and those who want to get truly strong.
This is what it takes to get fight-ready. We push our athletes with intense hill sprints and high-altitude conditioning masks to simulate the pressure and chaos of a real fight. This isn't just cardio; it's building a gas tank that never quits.
The result of relentless hard work. This is one of my fighters at the official weigh-in for Matrix Fight Night (MFN), perfectly conditioned and ready for war. Our strength and conditioning programs are designed to get you to peak physical form when it matters most.
You don't have to be a pro fighter to train with intensity. Here's a look at one of our group conditioning classes where everyone, from fitness enthusiasts to competitive athletes, pushes their limits together with functional bodyweight exercises.
Proper form is everything. I'm always watching, ensuring every lift, like this overhead press, is executed safely and effectively to build real, functional strength. This hands-on coaching approach prevents injury and maximizes results.
We use technology to push boundaries. This is an EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) suit session, a tool we use with our pro fighters to increase muscle activation and intensity for next-level conditioning and strength gains.
Training smart is just as important as training hard. In this video, I break down the three energy systems used in MMA. Understanding the science behind conditioning helps us create targeted workout plans that prepare you for any challenge.
This is why I do what I do. Seeing my team completely exhausted on the mats after giving their all makes every bit of the struggle worth it. This is the heart and soul of Team Dojang.
This vlog covers our fight results, the critical importance of mastering fundamentals, and an open invitation to our free Sunday running club. It’s a look into our team's journey and how you can become a part of it.
About Featured
When you see us doing hill sprints with oxygen masks, it’s not for show. We are simulating the chaos of the third round in a cage. That is the level of conditioning I demand from every athlete—fighter or fitness enthusiast—who walks into my gym. We don't just count reps; we build a gas tank that refuses to quit.
Why We Train This Way
At Dojang, we stop treating fitness like a chore. You are training to become an unbreakable version of yourself. Whether you are stepping into a cage for an MFN fight or just trying to lose body fat, the intensity remains the same.
- The Science of Effort: We don't guess. We break training into the three energy systems: ATP-PC for explosive power, Anaerobic for grappling scrambles, and Aerobic for round endurance. If you gas out in the first round, it is usually because you are training the wrong system.
- Tech Meets Grit: We use high-altitude masks and EMS suits not to look cool, but to force adaptation when you are already tired. It is the closest you can get to the pressure of a real fight without actually being hit.
- More Than Just a Gym: My goal is to build champions, but I also know that life happens outside the gym. That is why we run a community—from free Sunday running clubs at Gita Mandir to collective recovery sessions. You are not just buying access to equipment; you are joining a group that keeps you accountable.
- Our Locations: You can find us in Bhangagarh, Dighalipukhuri, and Bongaigaon. We do not believe in ACs and mirrors; we believe in sweat, grit, and results. If you are ready to put in the work, you are ready for Team Dojang.

I am Manas, and I started Dojang with just 8 students on a balcony. Eleven years later, my mission is the same: to build world-class fighters from India. I am not here to sugarcoat things; if you are ready to work, I am ready to push you harder than you thought possible.
