We build strength from the ground up. Here, I'm performing a goblet squat on a slant board to maximize quad engagement and build foundational leg strength, a core part of my progressive overload plans.
A strong back is non-negotiable. This is me working on lat pulldowns, a key exercise in my programs for developing the width and thickness that creates a powerful V-taper physique.

Every program I write is built around your specific body mechanics. I track your lifts manually every single week, adjusting volume and intensity based on what you achieved previously, because muscle growth does not happen with random exercises.
I do not believe in cookie-cutter fitness routines. You might see photos of me looking intense, but that intensity is rooted in a calculated, scientific approach to bodybuilding. When we work together, we focus on muscle hypertrophy to build actual mass, not just burn calories. My plans rely on progressive overload, making sure you are lifting slightly more or doing one more rep than you did last time. Whether we are doing heavy compound movements like squats and bench presses or isolating muscles for that V-taper look, the goal is always consistent improvement. I train clients who want real change, not those looking for a quick fix. If you show up with the right attitude, I provide the structure. We look at your nutrition, recovery, and daily mindset, treating the gym as a place for both physical and mental conditioning. Based out of Aurum Luxury Fitness Club in Indiranagar, I create an environment where you are never waiting for equipment.
