We believe a building should tell a story, not just stand there. My team takes projects from the first sketch to the final nail, making sure the original idea survives every step. We don’t just hand over drawings and walk away - we stay on site, sorting out every detail ourselves.
Listening to the Space
I treat every site, especially old buildings, like a living thing with its own memories. Sometimes it’s less about creating, more about uncovering what’s already hidden there. We often spend days scraping back plaster or checking out old beams, figuring out what’s worth saving before building anything new. It’s slow and sometimes messy, but I can’t do it any other way.
Obsessed with Making
- I’m picky about materials. I like using what suits the site - sandstone, black basalt, old Burma teak, even terrazzo when it feels right.
- We revive old-school building methods, not just for the nostalgia, but for sheer quality.
- For crumbling structures, we go all orthopedic - patching, pinning, and shoring up what’s left before adding anything new.

You’ll see us on site, not just in the office. We handle integrated architectural project delivery and all the headaches that come with it, so the building actually fits the land and its history. Every project’s an experiment, and honestly, not everything goes smooth. But that’s the only way I know how to work.
