A) Scope & Coverage
- Total Scope: End-to-end management of Civil, Electrical, and Fixed Woodwork.
- Area Covered: Living room, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms (civil/plumbing only).
- Design Phase: 2D Layouts plus basic 3D visualizations for core areas.
B) Core Inclusions
- Flooring: Installation of Premium Vinyl Planks (wood look) or large format Vitrified Tiles (4x2 ft) in living and bedroom areas.
- False Ceiling: Peripheral POP false ceiling with gypsum board; includes basic cove provisions.
- Kitchen: Modular kitchen with BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Ply carcass. Finish: High-gloss Acrylic or Anti-scratch Laminates. Countertop: Jet Black or basic Quartz stone.
